Foundation Repair Vail is a locally focused foundation and concrete repair company serving Vail and the greater Tucson region. We built the company around a simple idea: homeowners should receive a clear explanation of what is happening before anyone starts talking about how to fix it.
Owner Miguel Navarro grew up in Tucson in a family where weekend projects were normal. His father worked in commercial maintenance, and several relatives worked in masonry and concrete, so Miguel spent plenty of Saturdays carrying tools, mixing small batches of concrete, and learning why preparation mattered as much as the finished surface. As he moved into residential construction work, he became especially interested in the places where concrete, soil, drainage, and the structure of a home all meet.
Miguel later spent years working on repair crews around Tucson, Vail, and the southeastern side of the metro area. He saw homes with obvious settlement as well as houses where a few cracks had caused homeowners to fear the worst. What stood out to him was how often people struggled to get a simple explanation. One contractor might focus only on a crack, while another jumped immediately to a major repair without explaining why. Miguel believed homeowners deserved to understand the pattern of movement, the objective of the proposed work, and the limits of any repair.
He started Foundation Repair Vail with that approach in mind. Vail was a natural home for the business because Miguel had watched the area grow while continuing to spend much of his working life across the greater Tucson region. He now leads the company with project lead Elena Ruiz and repair specialist Daniel Ortega. The team shares the same practical view of the trade: inspect carefully, do the repair the property actually needs, keep the homeowner informed, and respect the fact that structural work is happening at someone's home.
